Whoever got the new yappy dog on East Atlantic or near by, you have one more week to get your dog under control or you’re getting reported daily for neglect and noise. Your new dog is barking as early as 7 am on a daily basis and then throughout every day while I’m WFH. These are the types of people who shouldn’t be allowed to own animals. You don’t leave a dog outside barking for hours it’s clearly sending you a message. It’s called TRAINING! I wish I knew how irresponsible the residents are and how unmanaged this town actually is, it’s more like a “A place to forget”
