Whitesboro - Re: condo on Franklin St. Franklin Street United Church was a Black church. On Franklin Street there were three Black churches in Cape May. My parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and a lot of the community attended church there. Regardless of it being a condo now, it was one of the best places to worship. I am proud to have been a member of Franklin Street United Methodist Church. So, explain your negative statement, "When all hell broke loose."
