MTPD- Please do something about the ATV/dirt bike riders illegal

Whitesboro - MTPD- Please do something about the ATV/dirt bike riders illegally on the roads in Whitesboro/Green Creek. They ride in packs through the 13 curves and on Burleigh Rd. I nearly collided w/ one on Pennsylvania Ave and he cursed me out. I talked w/ a man at the PO who said he'd called many times this summer but they're still at it. Someone is going to get hurt or God forbid killed.
