Whitesboro - Any more complaints with one tax clerk who has a really bad attitude who makes snide, sarcastic comments? Everyone else in that office is very polite and helpful. Her supervisors and town council should remind her of her job duties - be polite, professional, efficient and accurate. She may have to be retrained in her duties and decorum. A big help would be to answer the phone with her name, title and "How may I help you today?" She should never forget her job is to serve the public in a dignified and caring way. The public deserves no less.
