In response to the Court House spouter: The amendment to the Master Plan was not an expansion of the boundaries. It called for a restoration of the traditional sewer area boundaries that were in place for decades. The state arbitrarily changed them for the sake of expediency and in doing so robbed long time residents and property owners of their rights.
