White Flight? A recent comment asks this question. Areas of Philadelphia that were once thriving are now unsafe. Great neighborhoods where one could walk any time of the day or leave doors and windows open and feel safe. Now these same neighborhoods have security bars on the windows and doors and don't even try to walk these streets at night. Are the security bars for me and my family that had to flee to the suburbs and eventually to Cape May? Keep affordable housing OUT of Cape May.
