The local government's plans to invest 28 million and 25 million for a sports complexes across from the zoo and on the airport land reminds me of underdeveloped countries, which invest tax resources in non-fundamental works that are only a pretext to enrich themselves and their contractor friends. Why not invest in: paving the streets, repairing the parks and sports centers that exist, preserving the open space and the wild management area?
