Cape May

While out yesterday enjoying the beautiful weather, we observed many lawn signs in the Poverty Beach section of Cape May stating "No building homes on the Poverty Beach dunes". Interesting isn't it. For 60 years, I have lived here full time and watched homes being built in that area and not a word from anyone and now these same people that built their homes on the dunes want it stopped. "Good for the goose but not for the gander" right! I get it, Cape May is way overbuilt and populated but all building at Poverty Beach should have been stopped years ago. So typical isn't it.
