While most of us love our local short term rental vacations and don't want to limit them in our Dennis Township area, we need to regulate where they may be located. While our two Dem candidates, John and Renee, were on the campaign trail, they heard about two rental units in quiet, residential areas. Both disturbed others with late night noise and one also with a parking issue. We need ordinances to cover these issues and cover the cost of use of DT resources such as trash, more frequent road work or use of state police services.
