Where the hell is the City of Wildwood when Rio Grande Ave is fully flooded to the point of cars left submerged and abandoned in the street? How was the Rio Bridge not shut down going in and out? If you’re not going to shut it down how do you not have officers directing traffic at the least. Thursday night was a free for all. Where is WPD? WFD? Middle Township? Our Commissioners?
