When the streets are underwater, where are the people running our city? This is when we need our Business Administrator and Mayor out front, keeping residents informed and making sure things are getting done. If these positions are part-time, maybe it’s time to ask whether that’s really working for Sea Isle. Flooding isn’t a part-time problem. Infrastructure isn’t a part-time problem. Running a city isn’t a part-time job. Sea Isle has full-time problems. Maybe it’s time we had full-time leadership. Maybe Joe Romano should run for mayor.
