When MAGAs cite Trump's tax cuts as one of his accomplishments and a reason they support him, they fall into the trap that Trump and his Republican cronies set for them. Trump and Republicans counted on their supporters to be satisfied with paltry hot-dog-and-hamburger tax cuts while they lavished steak-and-lobster tax cuts on millionaires and billionaires, who undeniably don't need them. If there's a pot of money for tax cuts it follows that smaller cuts for the wealthy mean larger tax cuts for those who do need them. Trump's tax cuts are not a reason for us commoners to support him.
