When is the board of health going to make these food chains put a stop to letting people use a grocery cart as a dog cart. Most are not service dogs. But I see nobody wiping the cart down after use. I have two dogs that I love but not in a food store. If I couldn’t go to the store I would use a delivery service. This is an health issue being ignored. Why. During the covid scare we washed everything in sight now we don’t do anything.
