When I’m in Europe and other parts of the globe, and I peruse their “Spout Off” section of the local weekly ;they offer much wittier local banter. They don’t seem to allow incessant and completely mundane and mind numbing political commentary.The intelligence in the rest of the world is far superior to that of our lovely little corner. Truth be told. There are hate filled governments across the seas who will execute for the same words printed in our beloved Herald.
