When did it become acceptable in the schools that students can use profanity when speaking to other students and adults? What I have witnessed in the local High Schools, (the language coming out of the mouths of students) leaves me to conclude that those in adult positions are complacent and refuse to exact any consequences or do their vocabulary contain such explicit language?
