When a person runs for president, they don’t need to tell you a single truthful thing. Once their president, they can personally make billions, destroy relationships with our allies, give friends tax breaks while making your life much harder and costing the country trillions. All this without consequence. Lincoln said, “Elections belong to the people. It’s their decision. If they decide to turn their back on the fire and burn their behinds, then they will just have to sit on their blisters”. I didn’t turn my back on the fire, but I still get to endure the blisters and it stinks.
