What some call a "narcissistic management team," others call leadership that is finally holding employees accountable and protecting taxpayers. They conveniently forget that members of the previous finance team held multiple roles, pension reporting practices required audit review, and concerns were raised about unequal treatment of unions other than some AFSCME members.
