What is the town plan for Upper and sidewalks/walkability? There are crosswalks that lead to one square of sidewalk, then nothing but route 9, route 50, or many other busy roads. There are sidewalks that stretch for half a block, then end. It makes no sense. It would be awesome if you could safely walk throughout Upper Township. The amount of people walking on shoulders of roads is such a safety hazard.
