What is going on in the Villas with ATVs? It’s no longer occasional, it’s all day, every day. They ride up and down residential streets and tear through protected wetlands along Tampa and Pensacola with zero enforcement. Why are local authorities doing nothing? Environmental damage and public safety are apparently optional here.
