West Wildwood - Why is the person who owns the gray Mercury Tracer, with the bad/loud muffler, allowed to drive freely around the streets of West Wildwood? Don't the police hear and see this car? It is loud and I'm sure could not pass inspection. This car needs to be off the streets until the muffler is repaired.
