Why isn't anybody complaining about these high taxes?

West Wildwood - Why isn't anybody complaining about these high taxes? Is everybody scared of retaliation? Sandy relief should not have any permit fees while West Wildwood and Wildwood are the only town's charging for this. No other town in New Jersey, New York or anywhere else is charging for permits, plus West Wildwood charges extra for a meter set which they don't have anything to do with, and an extra $500 for sewer connection on private property just in case there's a problem.
