Why can't we bring wind mills and turbines to the borough for ad

West Wildwood - Why can't we bring wind mills and turbines to the borough for additional income and rateables? We could line the old railroad and banner plane runway on the south side of the island and put them all along the canal all the way to the Cove to the north and west. This would catch the wind from all directions all the time and also dramatically cut back the sea gull infestation we have with a ring around the island. Why is no one talking about this?
