Who is the mercantile license inspector here?

West Wildwood - Who is the mercantile license inspector here? Does this person have any idea who is doing business here? There are private homes with boat rentals who sneak in boat rentals and have no licenses, no insurance, and are making fools of the inspector. They have businesses making money and not operating safe businesses.
