Where were the police July 23?

West Wildwood - Where were the police July 23? I called for their help with a parking issue twice four hours apart on the same parking issue. No police ever arrived. Thank goodness it was not an emergency. A car was parked in a driveway and the back of the car hung out to the curb. My wife had to walk our young child into the street to get past the illegally parked car. After some six hours, the car was finally moved without police help. The police never arrived to cite the violator after two calls and complaints. My taxes at work.
