What is up with the yard on the corner of Neptune and Poplar ave

West Wildwood - What is up with the yard on the corner of Neptune and Poplar avenues. I thought there was an ordinance stating you can't have more than one boat on the property. It is looking like a graveyard for boats. It is horrible to drive past. Something needs to be done!
