What were the blueish lights out over the old railroad trestle S

West Wildwood - What were the blueish lights out over the old railroad trestle Saturday evening? My neighbors and almost everyone from Avenue S were outside looking. I think someone posted pics on FB. Very weird and odd. Too low and slow, almost stationary to have been a plane.
