He and one commissioner are responsible for everything, they need two votes to pass everything and that's all they have left since Commissioner Maxwell flew the coop. They can't blame anybody but themselves. Who will they point the blame at next for their mismanagement and out-of-control spending? Seven years in office and tax increases every year. There's no one to blame but the ones sitting in office.
