West Wildwood - Was in the W. Wildwood tax office paying my latest tax increase Aug. 28. As I was leaving, another homeowner came in as I finished. Casual hellos exchanged. I said, "They keep this up, there will be no more tax base to fleece (paraphrasing.)" His answer, "Move, that's what I'm doing!" I said the exact same thing to my wife several days ago but reflected on those very words. If we sell and move, very likely some other poor sap will buy only to find out later that taxes just keep on going up. W. Wildwood homeowners, stay and vote. Enough is enough. 2020 can't come fast enough.
