There is public pavement/driveway on Lake Road in West Wildwood

West Wildwood - There is public pavement/driveway on Lake Road in West Wildwood in front of a commercial property that is collapsing and is getting worse after every full moon tide or bad rainstorm. Apparently, the dirt under the pavement is washing out under the concrete paving causing it to fall in. It has already dropped more than 4" and getting deeper. Can someone in the borough responsible for code enforcement or property maintenance check on the hazard before there is a senior or child injured?
