West Wildwood - In response to a North Wildwood spouter, private ambulance companies employ EMT-Bs certified by the state Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services. The spouter should call OEMS in Trenton if they have doubts about the people they call unskilled labor. Don't just assume. Unfortunately, the State of New Jersey no longer requires Advanced Certification EMTs to take care of their loved one. Now, that is something to complain about.
