West Wildwood - Regarding the barking dogs in West Wildwood. i like dogs. i have had dogs all my lfe. it is not the dogs fault . it is the owners fault. I have one neighbor whose dog I don't ever hear barking. and
another neighbor who, as soon as the dog makes a wimper, tells the dog quiet. These 2 dogs have been trained . but my other neighbors don't seem to care. they say dogs are dogs. they bark.
they leave their dogs in their yards and only tell them to stop after it starts to bother them. I leave my windows open for fresh air most days. which the constant barking forces me to close
