West Wildwood - In regard to a recent spouter's comment of my using the term 'overtime' in the training of the newly hired Class II: I was not using the term in its strictest meaning as being paid time and a half. My point is that additional hours (money) is spent by two officers working a training shift, rather than the one man patrol, however, you want to use the term 'overtime;' the turnover in the police department costs the borough dearly. I do have my facts straight.
