West Wildwood - The person that claimed petitioners are stopping road work from being done is wrong! The petition filed was done to stop officials from spending more than $603,000. It also asked officials to borrow the $173,000 covered by the State DOT grant, and do the road work the grant covers for Poplar Ave., then pay off the bond when reimbursed by the grant. Officials have till Dec. 2015 to get the job done.
