NJ Legislation S3177 is in danger of not passing.

West Wildwood - NJ Legislation S3177 is in danger of not passing. This would prohibit the practice of releasing balloons into the air for things such as graduations, memorials, etc. These balloons are a danger to wildlife and our environment. The balloons injure and kill marine animals and birds; which are attracted to the bright colors. Some towns have already banned the practice. I don't know if the Wildwoods have; they should. Please support NJ Legislation S3177.
