West Wildwood - Maybe the borough needs to enforce that all trash cans need to have a lid this will probably get rid of coyotes skunks and keep seagulls out of trash. There's a way to get more revenue by fining the house who put out just trash bags. There is an ordinance just for this but not enforced.
