The Mayor and Commissioners are cashing in on the waterfront residents as if we don't pay enough in taxes . I agree with raising bulkheads, but remember water seeks its own level and bulkheads are not water tight. Maybe you need to fix the storm drains from letting water in first. Bulkhead replacement requires permits issued by the state and army core of engineers and have outrageous fees . Now the commissioners want to collect off of this . And since when does WWW have a land use person. Repeal this ordnance!
