West Wildwood - The lawsuit that cost West Wildwood $160,000 is the work of former Mayor Frederick and Commissioner McNamara. Both voted yes to give the former clerk the contract. This contract states the clerk will get paid his full salary no matter what, even if he quits. The only exception is if the clerk was indicted. The court dismissed all charges except for the contract. Thank you former Mayor Frederick and Commissioner McNamara for wasting West Wildwood's money, and thank you Commissioner Golden for voting no to that contract.
