West Wildwood - The lawsuit that cost West Wildwood $160,000 is the work of former Mayor Frederick and Commissioner McNamara. Both voted yes to give the former clerk the contract. This contract states the clerk will get paid his full salary no matter what, even if he quits. The only exception is if the clerk was indicted.
