it's Saturday morning. the weekend people are down.

West Wildwood - it's Saturday morning. the weekend people are down. their dogs are barking. almost nonstop while their owners are out for a nice relaxing walk. I am disabled. not able to go out for a walk.so I must close my windows and turn my TV up to drown out the barking. if I complain I am a "Karen but wouldn't it be nice if these dog people had consideration for others? I had dogs in the past when I was young enough to take care of them. I would never have let them outside barking to annoy neighbors. these weekenders seem to be mostly young people who really don't care who they annoy .
