West Wildwood - it seems the trash men purposely do not put the cans back on the pavement. why? why do they leave the empty cans in the street almost every week.? making cars go around the cans. when to lift them over the curb to the pavement would be an easy task for them. and is part of their job.
on the other hand it can be a hard task for the senior citizens to lift the cans onto the pavement .please consider the older folks.
