West Wildwood - It is being talked about in the Borough of West Wildwood that a group of residents filed a formal complaint with the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office about the mayor and commissioners allegedly violating the state Sunshine Law in November by improperly moving the advertised Nov. 2 meeting at 7 p.m. to Nov. 1 at 9 a.m. at the last minute, thus holding an illegal 'secret meeting' because they failed to give the public the required 48-hour notice of the meeting cancellation and the new date and time for the meeting.
