I'm perplexed as to who will be paying the $1 million settlement

West Wildwood - I'm perplexed as to who will be paying the $1 million settlement to the current police chief. Has the case even settled yet? I'm also wondering how the borough can change the municipal purpose tax rate from .946 (per the approved budget) to .952 (per our tax bill recently received). In 2016, the rate was .697 and now it is over .900. Am I a dope or does this make sense to anyone? Don't just offer the status quo answer of the revaluation did this.
