I would like to see former commissioner Goldens plan for summer

West Wildwood - I would like to see former commissioner Goldens plan for summer street vendors put in place next summer. I think veteran and low income vendor carts could transform Glenwood Avenue into a carnival atmosphere with prizes and fun for everyone! This would bring the family feeling back that we lost.
