I think the recent ban on plastic bags is ridiculous.

West Wildwood - I think the recent ban on plastic bags is ridiculous. I underatand people are not responsible and will not recycle and use the bags legally. I propose a two day waiting period along with an instant check to see if the grocery buyer is in fact mentally capable of recycling Lets also get rid of those high capacity shopping carts. No one needs a cart that will hold 10 plastic bags. The plastic bag manufactures should also be held responsible. They've known all along the bags are not being recycled. Remember, if plastic bags are banned, only criminals will have plastic bags.
