West Wildwood - I read the West Wildwood "police blotter" reporting 3,480 calls during the week of Dec. 1 through 14. That's half a month, so if we doubled that figure then there were roughly 6,960 calls, give or take a little, for the month of Dec. Based upon the published year-round population of 603 residents, it equals out that every resident; man, woman and child, called the police roughly 11.5 times in Dec. So, every resident, on average, called the police once every two days! Neither I, nor anyone in my four-person family called, not even once. What's everyone calling about?
