West Wildwood - I love the way some take the word of a "local historian" who is 50 years old and was born and raised in Lancaster about the war years here in Cape May County. I'll take the word of Mr. Sneider from Avenue S who passed away in 2000 who said German sailors absolutely came ashore here towards the end of the war. He said some couldn't get back to their subs. I'll take the word of a local over some transplant any day.
