i love the pet white ducks that have been living in west wildwoo

West Wildwood - i love the pet white ducks that have been living in west wildwood for last couple years but lately they have been wandering further away from their owners property .several times i have had to stop my car in the middle of the intersection of Glenwood and Neptune and wait until they slowly move away.i dont mind waiting but i am afraid someone will not see them in time. i would hate to see them get injured.and i imagine the driver would be heartbroken even though i dont think it would be the drivers fault. can Duck Crossing signs be put up? can the owners be made to corral them?
