West Wildwood - I had business at the West Wildwood borough hall and had to wait for something. While waiting, I observed the same spider webs, and the same dead flies and bugs and dust balls on the floor that was there in the waiting area when I visited borough hall two weeks prior. There were more dirt and bugs now than before. Is there no broom in the borough?
