I am very upset there are no signs for public access on Bay Ave

West Wildwood - I am very upset there are no signs for public access on Bay Ave in West Wildwood . I tried to access the the public right away behind the Homes and was not able to. The deck is blocked with Flower pots and benches and it all the decks are a different height . I am wheel chair bound and enjoy watching sunsets and fishing. It be nice to see this area returned to the public . I have contacted the State and persons with disabilities. I hope something gets done with this situation and access signage and it becomes access able for all.
