West Wildwood's mayor and commissioners passed a resolution that limited what the borough attorney could use to defend the borough against the chief's suit by not allowing the original discipline charges used to dismiss the officer (chief)! In my opinion, the police chief could not have won her suit if the real discipline charges for her firing had been released! An improper, inappropriate, and inexcusable defense by our officials. Why?
