West Wildwood - Does West Wildwood really have a business administrator? OPRA requests reveal there is no ordinance that created that position. The Walsh Act that forms our governments does not allow for the title of a business administrator. OPRAs also found the business administrator has no contract and no job description and no set work hours. He is not listed as an employee in any department. He is not responsible to the mayor or the commissioners, but he is paid $61,000 a year. What is his job? Are taxpayers paying for someone who is not legally an employee?
